We are thrilled to share with you all that Ann Duffy has joined the Nicco Global board. Ann has spearheaded the creation and execution of sustainability initiatives for mega sporting events and organizations, and is currently a director for the Canadian Games Council, a ESG Board Advisor and Chief Sustainability Officer for MI Global Partners, and president of The Ann Duffy Consulting Group Ltd.
Ann was a member of the IOC Sustainability and Legacy Commission between 2006 and 2016 where she advised on Agenda2020 and has collaborated with and contributed to the IOC and FIFA on key governance and guidance documents for sustainable development, sustainable event and legacy management policies.
Formerly, Ann was also the Corporate Sustainability Officer at the Vancouver 2010 Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Ann has since advised numerous international and multi-sport bids on sustainability and legacy strategies including Australia's 2027 and 2029 Rugby World Cup Bid; the United2026 FIFA Bid for the Men's World Cup for Canada, USA and Mexico; and, Los Angeles 2024 Summer Olympic & Paralympic Games Bid.
